Why Rentals

When Renting Makes Sense

Rental makes sense for exhibitors who show at multiple venues with different footprints, who are testing a new market or show before committing to a purchase, or who want to refresh their look every season without redesigning from scratch. It also works well for companies managing unpredictable show calendars, where owning and storing a booth adds cost and logistics overhead that doesn’t pay off.

If your show schedule is fixed and your footprint doesn’t change year to year, owning may make more financial sense long term. We’ll tell you that directly during a discovery call rather than push a rental program that doesn’t fit your program.

Our Process

Everything Happens Under One Roof

Strategy

Every rental program starts with your show calendar, not a generic size chart. We look at where you’re exhibiting, how often your footprint changes, and what you need the booth to do at each show, then map a rental configuration that works across all of it.

Design

Renting doesn’t mean picking from a catalog. Our design and engineering team builds a custom layout for your brand, including a full 3D rendering before anything hits the shop floor, the same process we use for owned booths.

In-House Production

Structure, graphics, and finish work are all produced under one roof at our Phoenix shop. Nothing is pulled from a generic rental inventory. If your booth needs to reconfigure from a 10×20 to a 20×20 island for a different show, that work happens in-house too.

Delivery + Install + Takedown

We handle delivery, installation, and dismantle at every show, including events outside Arizona. Between shows, we store the booth and manage reconfiguration on our end. Your team shows up to a finished booth and walks away without freight, storage, or labor coordination to think about.

Sizes and Configurations

Rental Booth Sizes and Configurations

We build rental exhibits across the standard trade show footprints: 10×10 and 10×20 inline booths, 20×20 peninsula and island configurations, and larger custom footprints for major activations. Each size can be reconfigured between shows, so a 10×20 this quarter can become a 20×20 island next quarter without starting the design process over.

You've got Options

Rental vs Custom Options

Rental and custom ownership solve different problems.

Rental booths

give you flexibility. You don’t own the structure, so you can change your design before every show

give you predictability. You know exactly what the booth weighs and how long it takes to set up, which makes it easier to estimate labor, shipping, and drayage costs across every show on your calendar.

Most exhibitors land in one camp or the other based on how often their show calendar and footprint change. If you’re not sure which fits, that’s a conversation worth having before you commit either way.

Rental Trade Show Booth FAQ's

Plan for 90 to 120 days of lead time, the same runway we recommend for custom builds. Rentals move faster once the design is locked, but design, graphics production, and show logistics still need real time.
Yes. We design and fabricate rental exhibits the same way we build owned booths, using our in-house shop rather than pulling from a generic rental inventory.
We store it. Reconfiguration for a different footprint or show happens on our end, not yours.
Yes, delivery, install, and dismantle are part of every rental program, including at shows outside Arizona.
It depends on how often you show and whether your footprint changes. We’ll walk through the real cost comparison for your specific show calendar during a discovery call.
