The senior on-site representative from the exhibit house or fabrication company responsible for overseeing all installation, dismantle, and build-out activities at a trade show or permanent installation project. The job site supervisor directs the I&D crew, manages the installation schedule, coordinates with show management and venue staff, communicates with the client, and ensures that the finished product meets the approved design and quality standards. The supervisor is the primary decision-maker on site and is accountable for the safe, accurate, and on-time completion of the project.
