How We Work

Everything is in-house. Our design team builds the concept in 3D before a single piece of material is cut. Our fabrication team builds it at our Peoria facility. Our install crew executes it on-site at the Phoenix Convention Center, Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass, Talking Stick Resort, Arizona Grand, or wherever your event lives.

User conferences, customer summits, annual sales meetings, product launches, brand activations, and internal corporate events. We handle the full physical environment: staging, scenic fabrication, branded graphics, and on-site execution.

We coordinate AV integration as part of our design and build process. For full AV production, we work alongside your AV vendor or can recommend trusted partners we’ve worked with across the Phoenix metro.

For multi-day conferences and full scenic builds, 90 to 120 days minimum. For activations and smaller builds, 60 days is workable. The earlier the better since fabrication has real lead times.

We’re headquartered in Peoria, AZ, in the Phoenix metro. Fabrication happens in our facility, then our crew delivers and installs at your venue. No cross-country shipping, no third-party install crews who’ve never seen your booth before.

An AV company brings gear. We build environments. If your event needs a stage that’s also a fabricated scenic element, branded walls, custom registration structures, or anything that needs to be designed and built from scratch, that’s our lane.
