Las Vegas hosts some of the most demanding corporate events in the world. We’ve been in the rooms. Highway 85 has produced environments for Axon’s annual user conference — a multi-day event requiring full general session staging, breakout environments, branded registration, and product demo zones built from scratch. We’ve built for Microchip Technology’s Masters Summit, where every square foot of the environment has to reflect the brand at the highest level.
These aren’t AV rentals. These are fabricated, designed-from-scratch environments built in our Arizona facility and installed by our crew.

How We Work
Everything we do is in-house. Our design team builds the concept in 3D before a single piece of material is cut. Our fabrication team builds it at our Arizona facility. Our install crew executes it on-site — at the Venetian Expo, Caesars Forum, Mandalay Bay, Resorts World, LVCC, or wherever your event lives.

User conferences, customer summits, annual sales meetings, product launches, brand activations, and internal corporate events. We handle the full physical environment — staging, scenic fabrication, branded graphics, and on-site execution.
We coordinate AV integration as part of our design and build process. For full AV production (cameras, broadcast, live mixing), we work alongside your AV vendor or can recommend trusted partners we’ve worked with in Las Vegas.
For multi-day conferences and full scenic builds, 90–120 days minimum. For activations and smaller builds, 60 days is workable. The earlier the better – Las Vegas venues book fast and fabrication has lead times.
We’re headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona – close enough to Las Vegas that we run a dedicated service crew there year-round. Our fabrication happens in-house at our AZ facility, then ships to your Las Vegas venue.
An AV company brings gear. We build environments. If your event needs a stage that’s also a fabricated scenic element, branded walls, custom registration structures, or anything that needs to be designed and built from scratch – that’s our lane.
