Set-Up Drawing

A technical document provided by the exhibit house to the I&D crew and on-site supervisor that shows the floor plan, elevations, component layout, and assembly sequence for an exhibit structure. Set-up drawings serve as the installation reference on site and ensure that the crew builds the exhibit accurately and consistently regardless of whether they have installed it before. Clear, detailed set-up drawings are essential for complex exhibits and for programs that rely on local labor crews who are assembling the exhibit for the first time.
