A raised platform or step element built into an exhibit floor plan to elevate products, displays, or presentation areas above the surrounding floor level. Risers create visual hierarchy within a booth, direct attention to featured products, and add dimension to an otherwise flat exhibit environment. They must be constructed with appropriate structural support, finished edges, and slip-resistant surfaces, and their height must comply with show regulations and ADA accessibility requirements where applicable.
