The designated representative from the exhibit house or production company who is physically present at the venue during move-in, show days, and move-out to oversee all installation and dismantle activities, manage the labor crew, coordinate with show management and venue staff, and serve as the primary point of contact for the client. The on-site supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the exhibit is installed accurately, on schedule, and to the approved quality standard, and for resolving any issues that arise during the show.
