A vendor or service provider that is approved to work within a venue or show but does not hold exclusive rights to provide a specific category of service. Non-exclusive contractors compete with other approved providers and with exhibitor-appointed contractors for work within the show. In contrast to exclusive contractors, non-exclusive contractors give exhibitors the flexibility to choose their preferred provider based on existing relationships, pricing, and service quality for applicable categories of work.
