In-Booth Meeting Room

An enclosed or partially enclosed private space built within the footprint of a larger exhibit, used for conducting sales meetings, product briefings, and executive conversations during a trade show. In-booth meeting rooms are common in island exhibits and large inline configurations and are typically furnished with seating, a monitor or presentation screen, and branded wall graphics. Their placement and size must be accounted for in the exhibit design and comply with show regulations regarding enclosed spaces and sight lines.
