20×30 Booth: Trade Show | Custom Rental | Multi Zone Design
The Wood Veneer Hub (WVH) came to us with a clear mission for IBS 2025: showcase the full range and flexibility of their wood and acoustic paneling products—in a way attendees could see, feel, and remember. With the launch of their new decking product “Plaank,” and a desire to prove their materials could live in any space (not just inside), this booth needed to deliver a sensory-rich, versatile experience across multiple zones.

A Booth Built Around Possibility
One space, multiple use cases—all powered by product
WVH’s main challenge this year was balancing experience with accessibility. In the past, their booth featured a fully constructed bedroom scene. Beautiful? Yes. Practical for showcasing all the products uses? Not quite. This year, the goal was to create something equally immersive, but far more functional. That meant clear delineation between zones, creative use of materials, and design choices that showed visitors not just what WVH makes—but where it belongs in the real world.

KEY FEATURES
- Multi-Zone Layout – Thoughtful floorplan with clearly defined indoor and outdoor use-case areas, connected through a seamless flow of materials and finishes.
- Product-Covered Everything- Walls, floors, fixtures—you name it, WVH products were integrated everywhere to reinforce just how versatile their materials are.
- Hidden Sample Wall – A crowd favorite: sliding barn doors (covered in WVH finishes) revealed a full take-home sample station designed for easy selection and storytelling post-show.
- Coffee Bar Experience – Functional, on-brand, and foot-traffic gold. Visitors grabbed a coffee, stayed longer, and left with WVH top of mind.
The Takeaway
More than a booth—it was a product showcase in motion
The result was one of the most talked-about exhibits on the IBS floor. With standout feedback from attendees ("Best booth on the floor!" was heard more than once) and a grateful client who quite literally received a thank-you basket from the WVH owners, the project was a win from every angle. Even with a plan to shift hall locations next year for better traffic alignment, WVH left IBS 2025 with clear momentum, fresh leads, and a booth that proved exactly what they came to say: our product belongs anywhere.
