As a Graphic Production / Installer, you will be responsible for producing and installing high-quality graphics and branded environments. This role requires managing a high volume of projects simultaneously, supporting everything from print production and finishing to installation and field execution. Work may include vinyl graphics, dye-sublimation fabric printing, heat transfer applications, fabric finishing, trimming, sewing, laminating, substrate preparation, and installation. No sewing experience? No problem. Training will be provided for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Results you own
- Printing, finishing, and producing graphics that match approved proofs and quality standards.
- Managing projects on the production calendar and prioritizing work based on deadlines and installation schedules.
- Producing and finishing a variety of graphic products, including vinyl, fabric graphics, SEG graphics, dye-sublimation prints, and heat-transfer applications.
- Preparing graphics and substrates for installation, including trimming, laminating, mounting, sewing, and finishing.
- Skilled, accurate installations at client locations with professional communication and representation of the company onsite.
- Professional and timely communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Producing quality work throughout every stage of the process, from production and finishing through installation and project completion.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure to output high volume, high quality work
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift 50 lbs or more
Educations and Experience
- 3-5 years experience in industry or related field
