We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer to join our dynamic team at Highway 85 Creative. As a 3D Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients’ visions to life through innovative and visually captivating 3D designs. The day-to-day of the 3D Designer is to work with our design and sales teams to gather a client’s vision, develop a strategy that will meet their needs while exceeding their expectations, and create an attractive and compelling visualization. This candidate will be able to demonstrate facility with the industry-standard computer-based design workflow: sketching, modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and assembling a final presentation.

Results you own
- On time, on spec, on budget fabrication.
- Fabricate, laminate, assemble, and fit check construction of standard and custom elements.
- Assist in the training and development of junior shop assistants.
- Assist in developing prototypes, fabrication methods, and materials.
- Inspect and provide general maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe work station and overall shop environment.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Knowledge of wood-working tools.
- Unwavering attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
- Understanding of cabinet installation.
- Basics of sanding and laminating.
- Ability to learn and adapt to team dynamics.
Educations and Experience
- Previous woodworking experience 3-5 years.
