As an Account Coordinator at Highway 85 Productions, you will have a pivotal role in moving projects successfully through our unique process in tandem with our Account Management team. You will work with internal and external teams to ensure client and project success.
Results you own
- Day to day external and internal team communication.
- Project information is accurate, complete and current.
- Client-responses and follow up are timeliness and communicated professionally.
- Show services and logistics coordination is accurate and documented.
- Account and project support tracking and documentation.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining organization.
- Attention to detail.

Educations and Experience
- 1-3 years of experience as a business professional is welcomed but not required.
