Key Indicator Light

A small indicator light, typically LED, built into an exhibit structure, interactive display, or equipment housing to communicate the operational status of a system or component. Key indicator lights signal whether a device is powered on, in standby mode, experiencing a fault, or functioning within normal parameters. In exhibit and permanent installation environments they are used on power distribution units, media players, charging stations, and custom interactive builds where quick visual confirmation of system status is needed without accessing internal components.
