A vendor or service provider that has been granted sole authority by a venue or show management to provide specific services within a facility. Common exclusive contractor categories include rigging, electrical, cleaning, catering, and sometimes A/V. Exhibitors are required to use exclusive contractors for designated services regardless of their existing vendor relationships and cannot bring in outside providers for those categories.
