As a Detail Engineer at Highway 85 Creative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the client feels confident, informed and organized with all of the project efforts.
Results you own
- Ensure a multidisciplinary approach, combining CAD technical expertise with creativity, innovation, all with production know-how.
- Communicate with clients, sales, design, estimating, account directors, and production teams to understand all the needs and objectives for engineering requirements of each assigned project.
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and schematics using CAD/Rhino software, incorporating dimensions, annotations, and other technical information.
- Modify existing renderings based on feedback, change requests, construction methods, ensuring compatibility with project requirements, constraints, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with teams or other stakeholders to develop and refine design concepts, resolve design issues, and ensure design integrity.
- Prepare final detailed technical drawings, documentation, and specifications for manufacturing, assembly and installation processes.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, codes, regulations, and best practices, particularly in safety-critical applications.
- Generate accurate bills of material and part lists based on CAD models and drawings, specifying components, materials, quantities, and part numbers.
- Facilitate ‘Continuous Improvement’ initiatives within the department.

Educations and Experience
3-5 years proven experience in tradeshow industry or a related field
