Fire retardant requirements apply to all fabric, soft goods, wood, and decorative materials used in exhibit and event environments and are enforced by venue fire marshals and show management. Exhibitors and their suppliers must be able to provide documentation or certification of fire retardancy for applicable materials upon request.
